FAQ

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY MONTHLY GODFIDENCE COLLECTIVE SUBSCRIPTION?

Your subscription will renew on the 1st of each month.

Boxes will be shipped the last week of each month in hopes you will receive your surprise in the mail the first week of the following month.

We begin production the 2nd week of the month! Subscription orders placed after the 5th of each month will receive the next month's box.

Example: Sally joined the Galaxy Dreams Subscription on the 6th of September. Sally will receive her first box the beginning of November.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING BE?

IS THERE A COMMITMENT OR CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

There is no long-term commitment.  We hope you love your boxes!  But, if you need to cancel or pause your subscription, please visit your customer portal. (If in need of assistance please email retrofitz.co@gmail.com)

Please note – cancellation requests must be received before the 1st of the month (billing date) or you will be charged for the following month.

CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE ITEMS IN MY BOX?
